EHUD DOR an Israeli-born artist, is a member of Kibbutz Hazorea in the Jezreel Valley. He studied art at the Institute of Plastic Arts in Bat Yam and graphics at the Technion in Haifa. Dor presents color paintings with a mixed technique in an innovative fashion, while demonstrating an impressive command of graphics and painting. He combines techniques of water colors with those of oil colors in presenting a figurative topic in contrast to an abstract idea, thus creating combinations of meticulous painting and apparently slack painting, while adding and integrating purely graphic elements.
